Qualifications:

 

  • 5-10 years of experience in the delivery of occupancy planning, project management , strategy or related services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, CAFM, and IWMS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

 

Skills and competencies:

 

  •  Ability to effectively create,  interpret and apply policy and procedure
  • Ability to process work quickly, accurately, and with changing priorities
  • Basic understanding of corporate real estate and financial concepts
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management skills and relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Distil complex information to the essential for client decision making, with input.
  • bility to complete tasks independently and as part of a team , producing deliverables independently with periodic supervision
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, strong analysis and spreadsheet capabilities.
  • IWMS/CAFM principle understanding.
