WorkPlace Occupancy Planner- Senior Level
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in the delivery of occupancy planning, project management , strategy or related services
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, CAFM, and IWMS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Skills and competencies:
- Ability to effectively create, interpret and apply policy and procedure
- Ability to process work quickly, accurately, and with changing priorities
- Basic understanding of corporate real estate and financial concepts
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills and relationship building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Distil complex information to the essential for client decision making, with input.
- bility to complete tasks independently and as part of a team , producing deliverables independently with periodic supervision
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, strong analysis and spreadsheet capabilities.
- IWMS/CAFM principle understanding.
