Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of client service and/or sales experience
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to client and prospects.
- Ability to effectively present information.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Responsible for setting own project deadlines.
- Experience working with internal and external customers
- Exceptional organizational skills as well as the confidence and ability to manage multiple priorities and satisfy time sensitive demands
