Wealth Management - Client Services Banking Representative - Naperville Office
Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of bank products and processes is required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills are necessary.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills are a must.
Technical aptitude for navigating systems and applications using a Windows based PC is required.
Familiarity with Avaya phones, eRM, IBS Insight, and/or Northern Image is a plus.
The environment is fast-paced and challenging. Members of the team must have the ability to work individually and collaboratively. Also, must be flexible to adapt to rapidly changing business conditions.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 years in direct client serving role(s) is required. Prior banking experience is preferred.
Position will be located in either our Naperville or Canal Street location(downtown Chicago).
The hours are as follows:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday - 10:30am - 7:00pm
Saturday - 7:00am - 3:30pm
Thursday and Sunday - Off Day
