Knowledge / Skills
In-depth knowledge of credit, finance and relevant insurance industry issues usually acquired through prior lending and financial analysis experience are required to manage client and prospect relationships.
Skills in negotiation, leadership, and sales are necessary to service client and prospect relationships.
Knowledge of applicable banking industry laws and regulations usually acquired through prior lending experience or through completion of the lending program is required to evaluate credit risk.
Analytical skills are required to review credit and make recommendations.
Experience Required
7-10 years in credit / financial analysis and client servicing experience, or commercial lending experience. Knowledge of insurance industry acquired through prior lending experience, completion of training program or industry experience is preferred.
