The successful candidate must have:
• Substantial and established work experience in Diversity & Inclusion within the EMEA region.
• Sound knowledge of equality and diversity legislation and its application in the UK, Ireland and the rest of Europe and subject matter expertise on the major strands within D&I.
• Established cultural competency and the ability and confidence to engage, motivate and advise across broad demographic groups and levels of seniority.
• Highly developed workshop facilitation and presentation skills.
• Data analytics skills, including good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Considerable experience in project/initiative management, capable of running a variety of projects/initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience of effectively communicating D&I to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive self-starter able to work without significant oversight or direction.
• Hands-on, enthusiastic, energetic team player.
Additional Information
• The role will involve some travel across Europe – mostly 1-2 night trips, approximately six times per year.
• Flexible working options are available for this role, including working from home 1-2 days per week and flexible working hours.
