Senior Analyst, Investment Performance
Knowledge / Skills
Significant knowledge of investments (public and private markets, derivatives), asset allocation analysis, attribution and industry related subject matter such as mandates, laws, regulations and economic conditions that affect investments. Must be familiar with GIPS and how the standards are applied within a firm.
Client servicing centric work experience in the investment/performance industry is required so the candidate can be consultative as it relates to the products and services offered by the performance group.
Have a thorough understanding of performance calculation, attribution methodologies and additional investment analysis (i.e. asset allocation interpretation, due diligence and investment manager search).
Analytical and problem solving skills are required to understand and provide investment reporting solutions.
Technology orientation and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is required to generate and improve client reports.
Advance degree program and/or additional distinctions (CFA, CAIA, CIMA, CIPM).
A consultative, proactive approach to client servicing is a must.
Experience
3-5 years of investment related experience MBA and/or CFA a plus. Client servicing experience required.
