Senior Advisor, Human Resources
Working knowledge of Organizational Effectiveness tools for assessment and design, change management and change communication.
Strong consulting, interpersonal, teamwork, communication, and client service skills.
Project management leadership.
Significant knowledge of HR policies and processes (e.g. talent management, compensation, performance management).
Knowledge of local employment laws. International exposure is beneficial.
