Qualifications:
Knowledge/Skill:
• Ability to operate a multi-line call directory system
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Possess strong customer service principles and practices
• Possess strong understanding of administrative and clerical procedures
• Possess strong knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
• Strong time management skills
• Solid attention to detail and ability to handle shifting priorities while meeting deadlines
• Strong personal resourcefulness
• Possess flexibility and capability to adapt to new procedures and be receptive to change
• Ability to work in a multi-team environment
Experience required:
• One year prior experience in an office receptionist position. Experience in banking, lending or trust is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft office programs including Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook preferred but not required.
