Program Manager - Learning and Development
Knowledge/Skills
- Able to form strong relationships with business clients, learners/end-users and team members
- Strong consulting, influence and conflict management skills
- Prior project management experience, able to lead multiple mid-size and/or one large-scale, complex project on time (prioritization, budget management, resource management)
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and manage projects from start to finish building in benchmarks and status updates
- Able to translate business needs into practical, user-centric solutions
- Highly creative, innovative problem-solver able to work under time and client pressure
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Good business acumen
- Able to translate program goals into tactical plans and directions
- Strong organizational and analytical skills required
- Relentless attention to detail, high standards, and the ability to produce high-quality deliverables
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change
Experience
- Experience consulting with internal clients to identify needs and translate into solutions
- Experience developing and managing HR and Talent
- Experience implementing projects that have had a clear impact on the performance and effectiveness of an organization
- Some budgeting, forecasting and impact analysis experience is preferred
- Vendor sourcing and vendor management experience
Qualification
- BS/BA in relevant field is required
- Related Industry qualification (e.g. SHRM) / or studying towards, is preferred
- Proven experience of managing projects (preferably with global project experience
