Experience & Qualifications

• Deep Financial Services Business/Industry knowledge with 20+ years of relevant experience including 10+ years in managing/supervising operational teams
• Experience leading/implementing Asset Servicing transformation initiatives, automation projects and ability to collaborate & work across functional / matrixed organizational model
• Demonstrated experience in managing and providing thought leadership and oversight for large and complex operational and/or service and delivery teams, minimum of 500 staff
• Instills a culture of continuous improvement and actively pursues opportunities to assist in scaling the operations to handle volume increases while maintaining high quality and exceptional client service
• Experience in change management, covering such areas as operations, IT and product development with a track record of accomplishment in large, complex projects and change initiatives. 
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) to interact and manage expectations with senior level audiences, stakeholders and management
• Influencing and persuasion skills to work with peers, partners, senior management and external parties to implement change.
• Support multi-location, multi-time zone operations to achieve client KPI’s and SLA’s, and achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction as measured by objective and evaluation criteria
• Knowledge of business strategy development to provide long-term planning and manage the profitability/performance of a major business segment.
• Actively participates and sponsors leadership forums; exemplifies a cohesive and empowered leadership behavior which contributes to the success of the organization as a whole.
