SVP, Executive Compensation
· A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience in executive compensation in the financial services industry
· Advanced Degree and/or related industry qualification is preferred
· Significant experience in identifying relevant analyses, interpreting results, and communicating recommendations
· Excellent oral and written communication with senior level audiences
· Ability to manage the full life cycle of program changes – from opportunity identification through effective implementation, including building effective partnerships across the organization
· Attention to detail and appropriate sense of urgency
· In-depth knowledge of executive compensation, including FASB and SEC guidelines relating to the accounting treatment and reporting of executive compensation
· Strong management skills to determine priorities and develop team members
