Manager - Community Affairs
Basic Qualifications (Required):
• Bachelor's degree is required
• 15 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations, financial development or foundations/endowment/corporate giving programs
• Management experience required
• Experience developing & implementing charitable giving strategies and programs
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem solving skills
• Highly proficient communicator which includes both written and presentation skills
• Superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders as well as represent Northern Trust in the community
• Strong financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
