Investor Servicing Manager
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
• Significant operational client and investor servicing experience gained in a TPA, TA or working directly for a fund manager
• The ability to demonstrate initiative and plan at the tactical and strategic level
• Demonstrate an understanding the overall TA model and downstream/upstream impacts
• A good understanding of effective risk management
• Has attained, or is working towards the IOC Merit Award or equivalent qualification
• Ability to work to set deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong accuracy
• Knowledge and robust understanding of the FCA regulatory environment across all servicing channels
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change, self-motivated and able to independently drive and achieve results
• Sound leadership and organizational skills to work with the Head of Client & Investor Servicing to determine the Investor Servicing goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff
• Problem solving: be able to think logically, prioritize issues and understand the route to resolution
• Interpersonal skills: the ability to engage a diverse set of stakeholders, understand their viewpoints, build long-term relationships, create a collaborative and inspirational environment across all UKTA Teams
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Personal accountability
• Proven management and ability to perform effective oversight of offshore teams across multiple locations
