Investment Strategy Director, Emotomy
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Direct client or prospect experience is a must.
- Knowledge and strong understanding of registered products, multi-product investment strategies and market trends.
- Strong problem solver with ability to manage conflict and lead the team towards creative solutions.
- Experience and understanding of Investment Management and Advisory business processes/domain.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to contribute the innovative solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals.
- Ability to roll up their sleeves and evolve with the strategy.

NECESSARY EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- 10+ years of experience of investment strategy, consulting, or advisory leadership experience.
- Bachelor's Degree, Masters in Business Administration and/or CFA preferred.
- Series 7 and Series 65/66 licensed, or able to obtain within 90 days of employment
- CIMA or CPWA certification preferred
