EXPERIENCE

 

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources

- 2 or more years of related experience working with employee retirement benefit plans, is required. 

-  RPA or CEBS certifications preferred.

 

KEY KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

 

• Knowledge of and interest in employee benefit plans, related investments and the regulatory framework in which they operate
• Ability to listen attentively, combine information from multiple sources and take appropriate action
• Ability to adapt to changes and new situations by quickly taking in information
• Critical thinking to identify issues/needs and develop solutions while working under time, expense  and/or other constraints
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively evaluate and manage issues
• Ability to work well in various settings, including independent as well as collaborative/matrixed work environments
• Ability to maintain strategic focus while completing tactical/administrative tasks
• Ability to follow detailed processes and engage in innovative/strategic thinking as required, performing well in both situations
• Continuous attention to detail, high standards, and ability to produce high quality deliverables
• Strong personal computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to perform benefit calculations, testing, and analysis
• Strong interpersonal skills to build team and personal relationships
• Strong reading, written and verbal communication skills to understand and communicate complex concepts and requirements
• Ability to effectively identify information needs and tailor communication to audience
• Commitment to personal growth, learning and continuous improvement
