Executive Dining Services - Line Cook
1. Entry level, 1 - 2 years of food preparation and cooking in the restaurant or catering industry.
2. Food preparation and portioning prior to service.
3. Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by the chef.
4. Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line.
5. Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
6. Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
7. Knows and complies consistently with our cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
8. Knowledge of health and safety standards usually acquired through training classes or related work experience is required.
