Employment Law - Compliance Consultant
Your Knowledge/Skills:
- 5-7 or more years experience, preferably in Compliance or risk management, HR governance, controls or risk; or equivalent related experience.
- Knowledge of risk management and the Company's strategic goals, including HR strategy HR policies/practices/procedures. .
- In-depth knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations in APAC, acquired through formal education and work experience, is required. Legal background is preferred.
- Analytical and communication skills are necessary to consult with and communicate information to partners/clients; to analyze and summarize information; and to apply laws and regulations to the Company's business.
