Skills & Qualifications Required:

 

•    A strong educational background – HR/Business degree or similar 3rd level qualification.
•    Excellent analytical, administration and organisation skills.
•    Strong networking and presentation skills.
•    Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
•    Proficient Microsoft Office is essential – Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
•    Ability to work under own initiative, prioritise workload and retain oversight of all responsibilities in a high volume and fast-paced environment is required.
•    Client focused both internal and external, with exceptional communication skills.
•    Professionalism at all times via both verbal and written communication with candidates and stakeholders.
•    Ability to identify potential risks and escalate as appropriate.
•    Good team player, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within the Early Careers and Talent Acquisition team.
•    Understanding of employer branding and interested to stay up to date with current trends within Graduate & Early Careers recruitment.
