Cybersecurity Testing – Specialist, Information Security and Technology Risk
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a security consulting role.
• Experience in building and maintaining infrastructure to support penetration testing.
• Experience with the common tools associated with penetration testing (Metasploit, Burp Suite, Cobalt Strike, etc).
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
Experience
• Experience scoping engagements and developing technical proposals.
• Relevant qualifications in the field, such as OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, GWAPT etc.
• Experience with coding in a scripting language (Python, Perl, etc.).
• Experience or familiarity with administering Windows, Linux, and OS/X environments.
• Experience with social engineering techniques (remote pre-texting, spear phishing, etc.).
• Experience with physical security assessments (lock picking, camera evasion, etc.).
• Experience in a financial services environment.
• Understanding of voice and data networks, major operating systems, active directory, and their associated peripherals.
