Knowledge/Skills Required

  • Incumbent with good understanding of Mendix platform development. Should be able to Design end to end solution architecture.
  • Candidate should have experience in Mendix domain modelling Forms, complex microflow logic building, Non-persistent entities, transactions, Xpath constraints, user roles, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS and Java script
  • 4+ years of experience developing on any front-end applications.
  • Strong knowledge of software development principles.
  • Have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
  • Enjoy problem-solving and be logical.
  • Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter.
  • Enjoy and thrive working in a diverse team.
  • Enjoy engaging with business teams to help shape and inform thinking.
  • Work collaboratively with the business to turn ambiguity into requirements.
  • Be able to take responsibility for a piece of work from start to finish.
  • Understand Business requirements and translate them in to developments tasks and suggest the best solution in Mendix
  • Should have good knowledge of modern UI technologies and develop user friendly UI
  • Ability to work collaboratively in Agile environment and to be a Team player
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, issue resolution, communication and presentation skills

Desirable:

  • Experience of working in a Agile framework environment.
  • Experience in other development frameworks such as Microsoft .NET or Java.
