Experience & Qualifications
• Analytical skills to resolve and research enquiries and issues and driving the issues to resolution
• Proficient communication skills including proven ability for Business writing, Project planning and implementation
• Proven understanding of the trading and settlement life cycle
• Proficient working knowledge of MS-Excel,VBA ,Tableau, Six sigma certification
• Proficient Process, procedure and documentation development skills
• Any Graduate, MBA, CFA or Equivalent. Certifications like Certified Data Analyst or RPA,IOC will be an added advantage
• 5-7plus years of relevant experience in BFSI, BPO,KPO industry
• Proficient with technical skills such as Electra, RPA such as UI path or Blue prism
• Should work effectively as a team member alongside delivering independently
• Flexible to work in the assigned shifts to support business optimally
• Working knowledge of Business Intelligence and analytics applications preferred
• Must have 24 months in the current role.
