Experience


24 Months as a Technical Coordinator /Associate Consultant to move as a Team Leader /Consultant


Movement within TL and Consultant Level will be 12 months


Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or applied sciences. MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with at least 2-3years in client service and/or Derivatives service operations role in a fast-paced, client-focused, deadline-oriented environment.
Derivatives experience is essential
Good Understanding of OTC systems and architectures, experience in Omnium/Summit or related systems will be an added advantage.
Experience / exposure to working in a strong control environment with required regulatory protocols
Experience working with self- managed and/or highly complex clients such as highly complex pension funds
Familiarity with complex products such as OTC and listed IRS and commodity derivatives, listed equities, various credit products, total return swaps, foreign exchange and interest rate products both bi-lateral and cleared.
Comfortable with Active Collateral Management process being able to create flexible solutions to client based scenarios
Proven experience managing client relationships and capable of influencing senior management both internally and externally.
Exposure to derivatives industry practices and a desire to educate others.
Proven ability to lead teams towards meeting client expectations, but to also be a team player with a track record of building strong networks and relationships.
Track record of lending assistance and mentoring others
Must be flexible and adaptable to change
Excellent Communication Skills is a must.
