Client Services Manager
Knowledge / Skills:
• Technical knowledge of trust or asset management usually acquired through related work experience in client servicing.
• Knowledge of general finance and portfolio management concepts acquired through formal education or experience is needed to consult on client needs.
• Skills in negotiation, leadership and service are necessary plus the ability to carry out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues.
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
Experience Required:
• Required 3-5 years’ experience in financial servicing preferably in trust or asset servicing
• Client servicing experience desirable
