Excellent oral and written communication skills are required Prior experience in the development or testing space / Industry Knowledge would be helpful for either Cash movements , or Corporate Actions , Entitlements or Securities Lending or Reconciliations Highly flexible and adaptable to change Knowledge of ITSM processes, Service Now Incidents (INCs) , Change Request (CRQs), Problem Tickets (PRBs) and Problem Tasks (PTASKS) would be required .
Technical skills / systems knowledge is required.
Prior experience/exposure with Oracle SQL database , IBM DB2 , Cobol. Weblogic, MQ , Java scripts
Leadership and organizational skills are required to help determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and help assess and assist in the development of the skills of the staff.
Experience Required a College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required.
