Associate HR Consultant
Knowledge/Skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, research and analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), including experience generating Excel macros, pivot tables and pivot charts, V-lookups and other intermediate formulas.
• Is proactive and can think ahead to anticipate needs.
• Can work effectively as a team member and independently, displays a sense of urgency and desire to learn.
• Strong consulting and client servicing skills.
• Able to prioritize workload and achieve tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
Experience Required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience within Human Resources
• HR certification (HRCI/SHRM) or studying towards is preferred
