The successful candidate will benefit from having:
College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience are preferred. Related Industry qualification / or studying towards, is preferred. Solid knowledge of the core aspects and foundation of Retail and Commercial Loans as it relates to regulations, product types and ownership.
Knowledge of banking procedures desired.
Ability to learn and explain the concept of loan onboarding, in particular but not limited to loans secured by collateral and reviewed that flood & hazard insurance records, escrow account and property tax information have been setup accurately.
Strong communication (Effective presentation, listening & oral communication skills).
Analytical thinking required (creative thinking, decision making, input seeking, logical thinking and Troubleshooting).
Ability to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables are met.
Ability to improve on performance through process improvement and continuous training.
Administration abilities (organization in planning your day, along with the team and Management).

Generates ideas for operational efficiency and assesses impact.
Follows through to ensure objectives are met.
Implement consistent best practice and monitor the standards as agreed.
Identifies and manages resolution of service delivery root causes.
Ability to act as a process expert, own and resolve complex event/queries and issues not only of self but also for the immediate sub process.
Extensive relationship building and strong interactions with all related Loan Operations partners as well as all Northern Trust partners as it relates to our process.
Challenge status quo & areas for improvement pursued effectively.
Experienced and knowledgeable with Excel, Macros, SharePoint sites, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
