2019 Intern Program
Qualifications:
Our ten-week summer internship program focuses on hiring rising senior undergraduate students who meet most or all of the following:
- Current full-time undergraduate student with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Active communicator with leadership, teamwork and client servicing ability
- Analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable with ability to learn quickly in high-pressure environments
- Well-rounded with an appreciation of diversity and inclusion
- Knowledge of and interest in the financial services industry
Application
There will be 3 stages of the application process. Upon completion of all steps, our recruiters will work with selected candidates on identifying the best role for them.

Career eNTry assessment – Applicants are given scenarios typically experienced at Northern Trust and asked how they would respond. (You will receive an email with the subject "Northern Trust – Candidate Assessment invitation.")
