Section Manager, Transfer Agency
- Minimum of 24+ months in a people manager role
- Strong accounting / financial services/ capital markets work experience or equivalent knowledge
- Demonstrate a good understanding of all finance processes (Distributions,
- Rebates & commissions, Settlements (payments, reconciliation & creation/liquidation) processing and linkages with upstream and down stream
- Good Knowledge and understanding of the IMR / CAR Regulatory changes and TA Banking
- Working knowledge of systems TLM, PSF, EXP AG, TCX, Multifonds and Fund master
- Extensive knowledge of collective investment scheme administration and the regulatory environment
- Understanding of mutual fund industry & Hedge funds
- Knowledge and understanding of Ireland/Guernsey regulatory environment
- Good understanding of effective risk management, secondary review and control environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meeting challenging deadlines
- Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills (Essential)
- Good keyboard skills, MS Excel and ability to learn systems used within the business (Essential)
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Define and drive effective escalation mechanism as people / process manager
- Flexible approach to work
- Ability to work on own initiative and drive decisions
- Client service experience
- Ability to work with global Leadership and effective conflict management
- Strong drive on data protection and compliance requirements
