  • Minimum of 24+ months in a people manager role
  • Strong accounting / financial services/ capital markets work experience or equivalent knowledge
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of all finance processes (Distributions,
  • Rebates & commissions, Settlements (payments, reconciliation & creation/liquidation) processing and linkages with upstream and down stream
  • Good Knowledge and understanding of the IMR / CAR Regulatory changes and TA Banking
  • Working knowledge of systems TLM, PSF, EXP AG, TCX, Multifonds and Fund master
  • Extensive knowledge of collective investment scheme administration and the regulatory environment
  • Understanding of mutual fund industry & Hedge funds
  • Knowledge and understanding of Ireland/Guernsey regulatory environment
  • Good understanding of effective risk management, secondary review and control environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meeting challenging deadlines
  • Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills (Essential)
  • Good keyboard skills, MS Excel and ability to learn systems used within the business (Essential)
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Define and drive effective escalation mechanism as people / process manager
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Ability to work on own initiative and drive decisions
  • Client service experience
  • Ability to work with global Leadership and effective conflict management
  • Strong drive on data protection and compliance requirements
